Bintai Machinery manufactures Zinc Steel Municipal Guardrails, the standard solution for urban road dividers and pedestrian barriers. "Zinc Steel" refers to our substrate: hot-dipped galvanized steel strip that is formed into tubes, then treated with a zinc-rich phosphate layer and electrostatic powder coating. This results in a fence that replaces traditional iron and PVC with superior strength and rust resistance.

Assembly Design

Our guardrails feature a solderless assembly design. The vertical pickets, horizontal rails, and posts are connected using high-strength anti-theft screws and waterproof gaskets. This modular design makes transport cheaper (compact packing) and allows for easy replacement of damaged sections without cutting or welding on the street.
